Can movers assemble bedroom furniture?

Our moving crews equipped with all necessary tools to perform this task. There is NO extra fee, just the same hourly charge.

I got junk. Can you take it away?

If you have unwanted items, we can take it away. First option - transport it to the furniture donation. Second option - bring it to the waste station.

Can I help movers in order to finish faster?

Absolutely. However, keep in mind. For everyone safety, customers are not allowed to work inside of the truck.

What if movers work slow

In general, movers don't like to work slow. If a job is small, they're more likely scheduled afternoon by other client. If movers involved for a whole day at your house, they still want to finish within reasonable time frame. Movers need to rest for the next day job + they have their own families and like to spend time with them as well. REMEMBER. At any time during the relocation, if you have feeling that process is slow, you can contact the office. We investigate the reason and take all possible steps to make it speedy or explain why it is not fast as expected.

How much is to move my House| Condo| Office ?

The moving cost is based on: 1. How many movers required 2. How much stuff moved - reflect hours 3. How far pick up and drop off locations. Hourly rates start at $ CAD /hr for 2 movers. Sample costs you can find on Pricing Page.

When do I pay for moving?

We require full payment before the last item unloaded from the truck. For those customers willing to pay cash, deposit is required, equal the minimum or estimated job hours.

What payment method accepted?

For customer convenience, we take VISA, MASTERCARD, E-TRANSFER, CASH. All payments are in CAD $.

How to save on moving?

We run some promotions during the out of the moving season. Also, we provide personalized quote to each client, so you might get the lowest rate instantly. Our rates are reasonable and based on the quality work we provide.

Is the moving company insured?

We are insured and the policy details can be provided upon request. However, keep in mind that there are some exceptional items like: money, jewelry, coins collection, etc. - that regular insurance doesn't cover. Consider relocating those items personally.
